Walk-in Customer Service Closed


   For the health and safety of our customers and employees, Great Oaks Water Company is closing its Walk-In Customer Service Center until further notice. You may still call Customer Service at (408) 227-9540 with questions about your water service and paying your bill.

   Minimizing contact with others is one of the best ways to prevent or reduce exposure to the Coronavirus (COVID-19). We apologize for any inconvenience, but we trust you understand our health and safety concerns.

   The U.S. EPA advises that you may continue to drink and use tap water as usual, as the Coronavirus has not been detected in drinking water. Click here for more information about your drinking water and COVID-19. Great Oaks continues to test its water quality on a continuous basis to provide you with safe and reliable water.

   You may still drop off payments by check at our office location in the drop box, but we still advise against putting cash in the drop box. Great Oaks accepts credit card, debit card, and other electronic payments (with no fees).
